The operating body of DNA goes to SchoolTM is composed by a board of directors, an executive officer and board of advisors. The board of directors act on behalf of the organization and has the principal responsibility for fulfillment of the organization's mission and the legal accountability for its operations. The board of directors represents the organization legally, financially and morally and is responsible for the operations and conduct of DNA goes to SchoolTM.

The advisory board of DNA goes to SchoolTM does not have governance responsibilities and its main role of its members is to provide advice related to their professional expertise, personal knowledge or information about oversea locations where DNA goes to SchoolTM has collaborations or intends to firm collaborations.

The executive director of DNA goes to SchoolTM is the chief executive officer of the organization, conducting its administration in accordance with policies set by the board of directors. The executive director of DNA goes to SchoolTM is also member of the board of directors but with no right to vote. A different employee of the organization should serve as a voting member of the board of directors.

Dr. Dean is principal investigator at the National Cancer Institute in Frederick, Maryland. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Biochemistry Department at the Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Sucharov has a Ph.D. in molecular biology and more than 10 years of laboratory research.
